Each member of our team brings unique expertise across Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Highway Engineering, and Architectural Design, allowing us to deliver truly integrated solutions on projects of all scales.

David Allbright

Director

David began his career with Banners Gate Transportation Ltd in 2001, where he gained a strong foundation in Civil Engineering, particularly in highway design. In 2012, he transitioned to Banners Gate Ltd, expanding his expertise across all aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure development for a wide range of clients throughout the UK.

Scott Marshall

Director

Scott is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in water engineering gained with U.K Consulting Engineers. He has worked with Banners Gate for over 15 years. Throughout his career, he has managed teams undertaking all phases of projects from pre-feasibility to construction for both public and private sector clients.

Tony Ayliffe

Director of Structural Engineering

Tony is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 45 years’ experience in the construction industry. As one of the founding Directors of Banners Gate, Tony has successfully led the Structural Engineering Department and taken personal responsibility for the development of their diverse team.

Kavita Dhande

Director of Architecture

Kavita Dhande is a Chartered Architect with a background in commercial architecture, leading projects from early concept and spatial design through to planning, technical detailing, and construction. She brings extensive experience from working in prominent architectural practices in Birmingham, including Corstorphine & Wright and Glancy Nicholls Architects.

Jennie Broomhall

Head of Finance and Corporate Services

Jennie has over 20 years accountancy experience gained across many different sectors and operated her own company during 2004 - 2018. She joined Banners Gate in September 2018 and leads the finance, HR, and payroll functions, overseas the monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cost control. Jennie has a strong focus on compliance, deadlines and staff wellbeing.
