Scott Marshall

Scott is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in water engineering gained with U.K Consulting Engineers. He has worked with Banners Gate for over 15 years. In July 2025, Scott and David, completed a management buy out of the company.
Throughout his career, he has managed teams undertaking all phases of projects from pre-feasibility to construction for both public and private sector clients.
Since the floods of 1998 much of his work has involved flood risk management and he has prepared numerous Flood Risk Assessments throughout England since this time. His fields of specialisation include flood risk assessment, surface water management, hydraulic modelling, drainage area studies, foul and storm water sewerage design, sewage treatment design, pumping systems.
Scott is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management.
