This development carefully aligns with the Chiddingfold Neighbourhood Plan to deliver 12 thoughtfully designed homes, combining architectural quality with a strong sustainability agenda.

Design & Community

Set within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), the site offers a rare opportunity to introduce a sensitively designed collection of four- and five-bedroom detached homes, with four units designated as affordable housing, comprising much-needed two- and three-bedroom properties for local residents.

From an architectural and structural perspective, the project embraces a palette of traditional materials to complement the historic village context, while integrating modern building technologies. The result is a streetscape that both respects and enhances the character of Chiddingfold, offering a diverse mix of homes unified by a commitment to quality and place-making.

Ecology & Sustainability

  • Timber frame construction for improved build efficiency and reduced carbon footprint

  • Air-source heat pumps to reduce reliance on fossil fuels

  • High-performance insulation exceeding current building regulation requirements

  • EV charging infrastructure included for every home
