Celebrating Representation at the Women in Property Summer Networking Breakfast

At Banners Gate, we are proud to support diversity and inclusion across every level of our business. Associate Director Kavita Dhande and Structural Engineer Alaa Ahmed attended the Women in Property Summer Networking Breakfast at Tattu, Birmingham.

The breakfast event offered a vibrant setting for professionals to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the growing influence of women across the built environment sector. Attendees enjoyed a breakfast and networking opportunities with peers from across the Midlands.

Kavita and Alaa’s presence at this event highlights our firm's dedication to supporting the professional growth of women within architectural, civil, and structural engineering roles.

The morning also featured a talk by Hugh Cafferky from Variety Children’s Charity, adding a meaningful dimension to the event by spotlighting the importance of giving back to our communities.

We’re proud to see our team actively engaging in conversations that shape a more diverse and dynamic future for the built environment.
