What forms of ID will I need to provide to access this?

Banners Gate Limited requires 2 forms of ID from the following list, one of which must be photographic, when you request information on your personal data:

  • Photo driving licence.

  • Passport.

  • Birth certificate.

  • Utility bill from within the last three months.

  • Bank statement from within the last three months.
