Steve Foxall

Steve has gained considerable experience in Civil Engineering, working in the public and private sectors during his career to date. Beginning at Roy Bolsover & Associates in 1980 as an engineering detailer and moving to Sandwell MBC in 1983, working through a varied range of departments including Housing, Land Surveying and Transportation. During this period he studied for his Civil Engineering Degree at Aston University, graduating in 1989. He then spent time in the private sector with Consultants Cameron Taylor & Partners and W S Atkins, working on schemes such as industrial estate infrastructure projects and major highway projects.

 

After a brief return to the public sector at Sandwell MBC he moved to work with Bryant Country Homes, and in September 1995 became self employed offering Civil Engineering Services based on his career experience to that date. From September 1995 he steadily increased his Client Base to include Developers and House Builders such as Bryant (several regional departments), Bovis Berkeley, Chase, Wrekin etc. and has worked in association with Consultants such as White Young Green, John Nolan, Cameron Taylor Bedford, WSP Graham Developments etc
Steve has been involved with the full range of Civil Engineering activities associated with the design of infrastructure requirements, i.e. ground modelling, roads, drainage, sewerage, service co-ordination, statutory applications etc. He is also fully experienced in producing Feasibility Studies for engineering problems and advising on solutions for Clients prior to their purchasing new sites. These skills have been used on
projects varying from small bespoke residential developments of prestigious ‘country homes’ through to multi-acre estate developments of up to 220 units in a phase, he is also well versed in ‘out of town’ Commercial Retail and Business Park Developments.
