Responsible for the design and procurement of new highway infrastructure including two new roundabouts and a road constructed through a lake.

Appointed as Engineer under the terms of the Highways Contract. Infrastructure involved a new grade separated junction onto the A607 using an existing bridge thereby serving employment and leisure sites totalling 500,000 sq ft.

Highway works were substantially completed in December 2002 and were procured under a Section 106 Agreement and had an estimated total value of £2 million.

In 2003 our appointment was extended to include Structural Design Services associated with two new buildings totalling 43,000 sq ft. 

An office development for Flogas comprising 23,000 sq ft and a new Bentley Car showroom comprising 20,000 sq ft which was completed and occupied in 2004.
